We do not accept returns for digital items, if you are running into issues with one of our digital products use our contact form for help.
We accept returns for physical items if requested within 3 days of delivery.
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs.
- Accessories such as cords and remote controls.
- Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards.
- Free gifts or bonus items.
- All items included in a bundle.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.
- New items that have been opened are nonrefundable.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I make a return?
Login to your account, view Order History, view Order, and select the Return arrow button next to the item you wish to return to access the Return Form.
